Diversity group is like multiple ideas, perspective and solutions to the problem. It doesn't matter what children come from where because some children learn in their own paste. In the classroom, some children are more maximizing the potential of each student and some come with defined disabilities.
Many teachers lack with their time, professional development resource and the administrative support. If they address the situation fast enough then the education will be fading. Differentiation means you have to teach in three different ways because in the classroom their are always one size fits all.
In the classroom, they are always different teachers teaching the children by doing individualize with the child on their disabilities. By the 2005 and 2006 the teachers of the classroom in high-performing district in San Francisco, and California with the disabilities from ADHD, severe hearing loss, and physical. They interview the classroom about 35 hours and the teachers attitudes and they focused on the beliefs, the daily routines and their subtle strategies.
In the center of the five teachers' classroom they have found only ,four common characteristics surfaced: Offering personalized scaffolding, Using flexible means to reach defined ends, Mining subject-area expertise, and Creating a caring classroom in which differences are seen as assets.
Scaffolding is mostly helping children that are having a difficult time in concerting in figuring out on their work. The teacher will help them to start their work or doing a poem for them.
My result of the differentiation is that no matter what diversity the child comes from or what kind of disabilities they have, they are learning the same thing as others.
